The location, the room amenities, the balcony view of the ocean. Also, the indoor and outdoor pools were awesome. The indoor pool on the 22nd floor offers quite a spectacular view.
The rooms and bathrooms were dated, but didn't stop us to have a good bath :) The water pressure was very low, though. The dishwasher and clothes dryer could have been cleaner.

It is a very large building with a nice tiki bar and boardwalk-type area right behind it. They do a great job smoothing out the move-in/move-out process on Saturdays, with dedicated elevators and large rolling bins. All units seem to face the beach.
This unit's kitchen is very basic and the towels and linens are thin and scratchy. Worst was when I discovered a few hours after checking out that I had left my Firestick remote on the coffee table and texted the host to please ship it to me- at my cost. I was informed that I had to pay $25 up front for them to even look, with no guarantee that I would get it back, THEN pay the shipping on top of this, if they did send it to me. Absurd. I can almost understand the extra $25, but only if they find it. How much trouble is it to check the top of the coffee table? Also, they were late with the door key code and parking pass, not letting us check in on time.
