Affordable room not too far from the city centre. Room was a good size for one person, could be a bit tight for 2 people though as bed is surrounded by 3 walls. TV by the bed which you can connect to your Netflix account etc
Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken. There is no cook top or oven in the kitchen, just a microwave but this is ok for a shorter stay. Bed was quite uncomfortable so had a very sore neck for my whole stay.

Clean room and bathroom. Close to the metro station. Safe place. Dishwasher, Regular cleaning, good Wi-Fi
There was no bowl in the room, so if you wanted to reheat soup or cook oatmeal in the microwave, it was impossible. Also, the pipes were very noisy in the morning when people in other rooms were showering.

We really enjoyed our stay in family studio. The accommodation is simple, comfortable, and offers excellent value for money. It's located in a safe residential area where mostly locals live, which gave us a chance to experience a quieter and more authentic side of Stockholm while still having easy access to the city centre.
We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Stockholm.
We stayed in a family studio with a small kitchenette. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated how professionally the staff handled the only issue we encountered.
The frying pan provided in the kitchenette had a heavily scratched non-stick coating and wasn't safe to use. After informing the reception, the staff immediately apologized and replaced it with a brand-new pan the same day, which we really appreciated.
This kind of customer service makes a big difference. Thank you for taking our feedback seriously and resolving the issue so quickly.

Sauna, bathroom, proper bedding and towels. If you are staying 2-3 people the deluxe is fine but not for 4 adults. The beds in the upstairs area are comfortable.
The apartment floor was dirty and full of dust, the room layout was very uncomfortable and inconvenient, the room looks much bigger in photos than in real life, but again if 2-3 adults are staying it’s okay.
