Location (just in front of a station) and a spacious room.

Located very close to a main train line allowing easy access to the city and airport
Beds were rather hard. Rooms have become aged. The gym is poorly equipped and only opened at 7 am.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous with so many options to choose from.
However, I found a few things including fish and eggs which were a bit over cooked and I informed the chef and hope they improve this.
The hotel is just about 30mins from Kansai Airport and 30mins to the city centre by train.
This is a five star hotel and hence I expected the mini bar to be prestocked but this was not the case.
Secondly, the air conditioning was not working until I called the frontdesk to check on it. They came alright to check on it and they told me they we going to fix it. Even though the air conditioner started working, no one came back to my room to verifiy or confirm if the air conditioner was working or not.
I did not find the carpet particularly clean for a 5 star hotel and this is a minus for them.
