There was a small error with my booking, but the owner took full responsibility and was very helpful. We were very happy with our stay. The house was excellent, new, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very nice, though they sometimes entered without ringing the bell first (probably because we had already arranged the time). Still, it would have been better if they rang the bell beforehand.
There is one thing I’d like to inform the owner about, as I believe they might not be aware of it. On the checkout day, a senior-looking housekeeper came to check the house. On the table, I had three small bottles of water that I planned to take with me for the ride. The housekeeper picked up those bottles, and I asked politely if I could keep them. She immediately replied, “I’ll have to take these back, as we already provide a lot of water for you every day. Normally, we don’t give this much.”
I assumed that the extra water might have been a special arrangement because of the booking error, so I didn’t mind letting her take them back. However, I felt a little uncomfortable because of the way she refused it was very direct, almost like a reproach, without any apology or polite tone to ask for understanding.
Of course, three small bottles of water aren’t worth much, but if given as a small gesture, it would have created a much better impression. I wasn’t angry and I do understand her reasoning. I just think that if I were the owner, I wouldn’t hesitate to let the guest keep those three bottles for goodwill.

The water was shut off at 4am but not a big deal.

1. quality of coffee from coffee machine was surprisingly good
2. pool was nice equipped with entertaining facilities
3. well equipped with essentials, if shower gel can be provided, that would have been amazing
1. photos are a bit misleading, thought it would have looked much bigger than this.
2. we stayed for 3 nights, for Master Bedroom, water in the shower area was not hot, we had to ask your staff to check it for two days to get it fixed.
3. one of the rooms (bedroom 2), we locked the door when we went out for security reason. I’m guessing your team most definitely have a spare key for access, but when we came back, no cleaning was done at all.
4. draining in bedroom 2 shower area was very slow. I had to leave the shower area halfway through my showering process, to continue in the bathtub, using the shower head to clean off soap on my body.
5. only around 3-4 bottles of water were replenished on the second day
6. wifi connection in all bedrooms (except 4) is bad, very slow
7. some small turds were found in the front yard, in the lawn area on the second morning, and it was still there by the time that I checked out
