Perfect location for visiting the very many waterfalls in the Wells Gray area. Breakfast included in the room rate which was a bonus. Supermarket over the road for provisions. Hop and Hog restaurant 2 mins drive away was excellent
Not much recycling happening at breakfast - everything disposable and binned after use

Spacious well appointed room, with coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Also good coffee choice in Reception
Breakfast was good with choice and different cooked options on both mornings of our stay
Could have done with cutlery, plates and microwave dish to complement the microwave

Very clean and central accomodation.
We were double charged by the hotel and booking.com and still waiting for a refund.

Location a bit strange, Hotel is New and very clean. Not much around to do and shops few. OK as a stop over but we should've gone a bit further to a more built up location i think
On arrival the Receptionist was on a phone call....which i didn't mind..However after about 3 mins i realised it was to family or a friend she was talking to, she eventually looked up at me ( ear piece into her neck ) and said YES !! I said 'Can we check in please' 10 mins before 4pm and she just said NO and reverted back to her call...
