Apartments was lovely, bright and clean.
What the photos show, it what you get
Location is great
Value for money
However:
Instead of collecting keys from local shop, definitely should have a lock box to drop-off the keys upon check out, as we learned shop doesn't open to 7am and we had a much earlier flight.
Also appearances from the outside,
1st impressions we will want to run and run fast.
This block of apartments are old and look run down from the outside and they are right in middle of all other beautiful apartments, so while you are looking for this apartment, you are taking in all the other beautiful things around, then you get hit with this block,
Health and safety issue with uneven ground and unsafe scaffolding and then you enter the main entrance and hit with something from the 60s or 70s and very clinc hospital smell but once you can get over that and hit the 6th floor bottom and open the door the apartment you get new fresh feel apartment that you paid for.
Serioulsy need to fix the door of the apartment for safety aspect.
The advertisement description on booking.com is very misleading.
"Bridge London Bridge Apartments" and only photos inside the apartment.
You don't get the full address until everything is paid in full and then you get the correct address and it's not london bridge apartments, it Silma House on an Estate, I honestly have to admit if I saw the outside of building before I booked, I don't think I would have, but again as I said everything you have advertise inside the apartment is 100% legit and for that reason I would book it again.

Das Apartment ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist absolut perfekt und für eine
fünfköpfige Familie sehr geräumig.
Die Küche ist für ein tägliches Kochen mit Töpfen und Utensilien nur sehr begrenzt jedoch ausreichend eingerichtet.

We booked this apartment due to its central location. It's literally 10 mins away from the Tower Bridge by walk.
The main issue with our stay was a broken window in the living area/kitchen. We noticed it immediately upon entering because the apartment was extremely cold. We tried to close it ourselves but quickly realized the problem was more serious. We contacted the host (the managing agency) via WhatsApp, sent a video, and received some tips on how to fix it, but nothing worked—the window was simply broken. I later saw that previous guests mentioned the same issue in their reviews. Because it was already evening, we couldn’t use the sofa bed in that room and had to rearrange our sleeping setup, ending up with three people sharing one bed. The “double” beds were actually only 1.5-size beds, which was very uncomfortable. The agency said someone would come fix the window the next day, but no one ever came, and we received no updates or communication at all.We also discovered that the sixth set of bedding was missing, though the cleaning staff did eventually bring it after we reported it. We informed Booking.com about the window issue as well, but they also couldn’t reach the host. We ended up unable to use the sofa bed for our entire stay. When I requested a partial refund through Booking.com, the host was again unreachable, and I had to follow up repeatedly with both Booking and the host before finally getting some money back. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient and disappointing.
Other than that the apartment is well equipped but doesn't look like on the photos at all. Also we were party of 6 ppl, including 2 small kids, I cannot imagine having the apartment occupied by 6 adults.
