Location, competitive pricing and a fantastic beach.
Able to reach host contact during emergency to fix water supply on 2 occasions.
A pre-inspection of the house would be good by the host. We had no water supply when we arrived due to faulty pump.
Furniture like the dining table, chairs and lounge furniture too small for 5 or more persons.
