We really liked the pool and terasse, the walkable beaches and nice accommodations in the village Premantura. The air-conditioning was making the stay comfortable for all. We could park all of our 3 cars behind the gate which was nice. We could do an early check in and the ckeck in itself was easy due to the key lock box. There were little shampoo and soap packages.
-kitchen was poorly equipped and a little small for 12 people, also there was just 1 small fridge where we had to get creative with cooling everything and water had to request more dishes (we had to go to tedi as there were no cutting boards, large bowls for salad etc, washing cloths and other small things that could have been provided)
-seating options were limited as to we had to rearrange a bit, especially outside
-had just one old laundry rack and we had to hang stuff everywhere to get it dry
-grill was mediocre
-no outdoor cooking available
-all the doors were squieking
-there were just 2 double beds the rest was singles
-only one hair dryer
-only one remote control for the AC
-broken shower head, chair, outdoor shower, toilet seats, moscito net on one of the balconys but after we contacted the agency everything was fixed within a day
-no oven and only an old stove top (no induction)
-check out time was really early at 9am but nobody showed up to check us out and no instructions were left on booking or via WhatsApp
-the house looks good from the outside but seems a bit cheap from the inside, you could hear every word from the other rooms
-WLAN was very slow even if only a few people were connected

Great, spacious and air-conditioned villa with lovely pool and a shaded area to sit out at a table together. Close to everything in the village. The whole family, young and old, had a fantastic holiday. We would highly recommend it to any families considering staying in the area.
It would have been nice to have a few supplies for cleaning dishes and laundry but it was easy to buy in the local supermarket. An information booklet in the villa would have been good to have too. No complaints - just a few suggestions to consider.

Jó lokáció, nagyon jó elrendezésű, felszereltségű és szép épület. Ideális méretű szobák, nagy közös tér kint és bent is. Sok fürdőszoba, így nagy társasággal is ideális. Segítőkész csapat!
A wifi néha gyenge volt, de nem okozott problémát.
