The location was beautiful and easy to find given the extra information provided by the hosts a few days prior to arrival. The host was very helpful and informative about the amenities and facilities around the area, and he couldn't have been more helpful. The place was spotlessly clean, and is decorated very tastefully.
The 10am checkout time I believe is a little harsh with no room for movement. I understand that future guests may be arriving the same day however, the 2 room nook wouldn't take 5 hours to clean, if the new guests check in at 3. I think 11am would be more suitable and would elevate the experience at the Nook. Guests wish to relax at this beautiful home, and waking, packing, cleaning etc all before 10am made the leaving day a little stressful, and as we attended the Nook for a nearby wedding the night prior, we felt like we could not enjoy ourselves to the maximum knowing we had to wake up really early the next day. A few other touches I believe would elevate the experience would be teas coffees and local produce. Although the sachets provided were lovely, it wasn't enough for the early start! Lastly, and this is just an FYI, the shower tray needs a little TLC, im guessing from the harsh water supply but it has a buildup of limescale around the perimeter. Overall beautiful stay and would definitely come again, just with a later check out next time maybe...

We had a wonderful stay at The Nook. It was spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location was ideal for watching the solar eclipse and the Perseids meteor shower, which made our stay feel even more special. It was peaceful, relaxing, and a great place to switch off from everyday life. We would happily return and highly recommend The Nook to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

This property was the perfect stay for a few nights away with a partner. We really couldn’t fault anything about this place. Zoe was amazing, she was there to greet us as we pulled up and showed us around the Nook. We will definitely be back here as we loved it so much.

The perfect place for a cute short stay! All the things you needed for a comfy break away. The location was stunning and very close to Oswestry. We will definitely be returning!
