Very comfortable , good sized rooms . Curtains need sorting as hanging off in the lounge , only issue . Very clean bedding and nice towels . Nice selection of tea , coffee and kitchen equipment. Lovely stay and spotless

Garden being at the front with driveway gate into the road not great with a toddler , not able to close gate due to other people needing access , but cannot fault the property
