Two words, “excellent food”. No doubt. Best taste in Lonavala. I stayed for 4 days and tried multiple restaurants and nothing beats Flora Ecostay Resort
Some rooms needs ventilation like the one we were staying on the first floor in the corner. A c works but sometimes you just need open window. TV was not working in this room on first floor. Kids wanted to use it.

The room was spacious and reasonably clean. The ambience of the hotel cafeteria was excellent.
The hotel representative came to our room at 10:30 PM asking us to settle the food bill. We had not paid earlier because it is common practice to clear all outstanding bills at the time of check-out. If advance payment was required, the staff should have informed us immediately after the meal or at the time of ordering, rather than disturbing us late at night. This felt quite unprofessional.
In addition, the quality of the food did not meet our expectations.
