I had accidentally put a wrong check in date but the lady a reception made a plan for us at their lodge. That was excellent and very kindness her. She even put their GPS location on my phone so we don't get lost
There was a company function at the lodge and the guests played loud music until after midnight. I was hoping the lodge staff would call them to order

I loved the little special touches that Monique included when we arrived as it was my birthday weekend
There was no hot water on the Sunday morning - by the time we tried to shower the hot water was finished.
We found that some of the guests were not considerate of the others- we had people talking loudly while we tried to enjoy some peace and quiet- that was about the only 2 things we didn't enjoy

It was easy to navigate and the staff members were so welcoming
Sheets had blood stains, it doesn’t look like they were changed before we checked in which I found very uncomfortable, disturbing and concerning.
