Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen

Ligging is top, dichtbij de liften, restaurants, winkels. Groot eigen dakterras met fijne ligstoelen en prachtig uitzicht.

Heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig. WC spoelinstallatie kapot, hele front miste en moest met hendeltje doortrekken. Er bleef wat water doorlopen. Koelkast lekte soms flink water. Hele keukenvloer dan nat.

Logement avec vue exceptionnelle. Conciergerie à fuir...

La terrasse avec la vue exceptionnelle. Le logement est fonctionnel et propre. Un parking couvert. Le calme de la résidence.

Les toilettes qui ne fonctionnaient pas ! La conciergerie et son absence totale de réaction face aux problèmes rencontrés. La nécessité de faire de la voiture pour aller chercher dans une boite à clés peu accessible. Le parking assez loin du logement et les nombreux escaliers (pas accessible à tout le monde).

Decepcionante

Las vistas son excepcionales

Falta de mantenimiento en las puertas de acceso a las terrazas y de su mobiliario. Hay que vigilar con la cisterna de wc, pues pierde agua. Telarañas en el comedor. No hsy recogedor de basura. Falta de información en cuanto a la situación de la plaza de parking, No es apto para personas con mobilidad reducida, hay que subir 5 tramos de escaleras muy altas.

Mooiste uitzicht in een prachtige overweldigende omgeving

De locatie, het grote balkon met ligstoelen, het uitzicht!!!! Volledig, je mist niets ( behalve ruimte).

Best klein, zeker met 2 pubers ( in 1 stapelbed). Gelukkig kan je dan balkon op. En als het goed is ben je er weinig. En echt een nadeel is Dat de auto niet bij verblijf mag staan. Ook geen 5 minuten. Er wordt direct op jacht gegaan naar je, en je wordt aangesproken op een onvriendelijke toon. (De garage waar auto moet staan is overigens wel goed)
