The house is rather small, located in the old/historic center - a bit difficult access with the car (we have a big car and I was happy it was my husband driving, I would be scared in the small streets ;-) ). We met a lady to handle us the keys and show us the house - it was good to have some direct contact via whats app as we got quite delayed on the road because of traffic problems. She also met us at our departure to collect the keys. The house is nicely renovated and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All looked clean.
The air-conditioning is not everywhere in the house (which I don't think was clearly indicated or I totally overlooked that). Only in the two big bedrooms - so one of our kids had to sleep in a bedroom which was rather warm (even if there is a ventilator, it's not the same as the air-co) and the ground-floor (entry/kitchen/living area <- which is only one small place all in one; with not much of room for movement) also has no air-co. We always had the air-co on in the bedrooms and tried to circulate the cold-air with the extra ventilators... when we came in from outside, it felt nice. But when staying longer - downstairs was really not so super pleasant, it was anyway on the warm side. The dishwasher in the kitchen is really mini - it feels like they put it there just to be able to say there is a dishwasher. We never even used it because with 5 persons, we were not able to fit everything in... So well - not really a disaster but on our 3 weeks trip this was the least good accommodation which feels a bit like: we do the minimum effort to be able to tick the boxes (air-co/dishwasher) but we also don't do any extra effort.

La casa está muy bien ubicada, en el casco antiguo de Frejus, una zona muy bonita, con parking cercano a 3 minutos (Max 20 euros/día). La casa está muy limpia y Bartha es muy amable y servicial. Está muy atenta. Hay una playa apta para ir con perros a 15 min (Plage du Pacha), la playa está genial.
Hay 3 plantas con unas escaleras muy empinadas, no apto para personas que tienen mala movilidad. Hay un dormitorio con aire acondicionado y un baño en cada una de las plantas superiores. No hay baño en la planta baja ni tampoco aire acondicionado aquí (salón-cocina) aunque está zona dispone de un ventilador. Las sartenes están francamente mal, es muy difícil cocinar allí. Tampoco hay campana extractora de humos. El lavavajillas es súper pequeño, caben 4 vasos y 6 platos.
