Lovely big villas with a nice pool. We paid extra for the breakfast and this was a bit more expensive than in restaurants but well worth it. The staff were really friendly. Lovely decor - very much Bali style.
Baths are very high to go in. We had an elderly couple with us and they found this a bit difficult. The bathroom in one of the villas did not have a ceiling - Bali style - but was a bit cold sometimes. The shuttle to the centre was not always available.

Wow! What a spectacular villa in an incredible location. Huge, clean, amazingly comfortable, great food and super attentive, friendly and helpful staff. I wish I could keep this accommodation a secret, it is just that good!

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of two adults and a 4-year-old, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were absolutely amazing — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The service was thoughtful and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent hot water. The pool was a good size, and breakfast was generous with plenty of choices. The laundry service was fast and convenient, and the afternoon tea was also lovely.
We arranged a paid birthday decoration for our daughter, and it was absolutely worth it — such a lovely touch that made her birthday special. The spa was professional and friendly, and the hotel also helped us arrange a scooter rental, which was quick and convenient.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families!
