Good Hotel - perfect for some days in Sizilian Northwest!

Very nice, new and tidy hotel! All the stuff - especially the receptionists were very friendly. Near the nice city Castellmate del Golfo. Good starting point for exploring North-West-Coast.

Everything as expected. Important: you should have a car!!

Very good

During my week-long stay, from check-in to check-out, the staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making my stay a truly memorable one. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a stunning view, adding to the overall experience.

The breakfast menu could be a lot better. I was disappointed to find that the variety remained the same throughout the week and most of the time the food like omelets, bacon was cold. The quality of the food was good, it would have been wonderful to see more diverse choices to cater to different tastes and preferences.

it was a very nice stay , with nice people and great food.

very friendly staff, room was clean and bathroom had a good size, this is important for italy. breakfast was very nicely setup, while everything was there sometimes the eggs got cold and the soft boild eggs where always hard. the restaurant has amazing regional food.

the location next to the train track is not nice but it comes with the area. mattress in the bed was soso but still ok. the hotel entrance is a bit luggage unfriendly, at least the one in the front.

Location did not offer ‘walk to’ restaurants though both the Resort and the original Hotel Battigia (on the beach) offered excellent restaurants

Superb

Beautifully finished, good facilities and attentive staff. Absolutely a five star hotel.

The area is completely different to the hotel, typically Sicilian and opposite a railway. The lighting in the room was bright, no middle ground on that. Wasn’t as sound proofed as we’d like. Restaurant was poor.. breakfast okay if a little cold.

Perfect for the couples looking for a romantic getaway in Sicily.

The hotel is very modern and with a good connection to Palermo Airport. It was a great place to explore the local area and cities like Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, Castellammare del Golfo, and Erice. TheTerme Segestane is an absolute must! What makes this hotel very special and I would say exceptional is the staff, from the front desk staff to room service and staff in a restaurant, who made us feel very welcome and our stay unforgettable. The breakfasts were delicious! It's a perfect place for a romantic retreat.

This hotel is not quite at the beachfront even if you can see the sea from your window. There is a hotel transfer to the beach during the high season, but we were at the end of March, and the beach was quite deserted.

I feel mixed

Clean, beautiful new hotel. Nice staff.

junior suite?? just a normal superior room. there are no services, there is no coffee maker, bathrobe and slippers in the room. this is the minimum in a wellness hotel. no wellness, only extra payment, very expensive. It does not fit into the room price of 190 euros per day. Not even 1/2 liter of water.

Pleasant

pristine new building. Clean. Big room. Nice bathroom. comfortable bed.

Noisy during the day ‘till 22. a lot of doors slamming, thin walls. We got back at 5 from tough hiking and couldn’t rest.

Best experience of staying in Sicily so far! My wife and I then stayed at a place in Catania which wasn’t as nice.

The property was very well maintained the the staff were super friendly and helpful!

A big mistake!

The hotel building and the rooms are very new, clean and spacious.

The location of the hotel is very dissapointing, the pictures dont show this: between the hotel and the sea you see and hear a horrible railway + an a road with significant traffic.On top of that the spa was closed, we were very tired and had hope to get a massage or use the jacuzzi.

Very good

We were initially given a small corner room with no balcony and a window looking into the bathroom. I didn’t really want to lie in bed and see someone on the toilet and so we asked for a different room and we’re given a much larger room with balcony. This room was very comfortable and spacious.

The hotel was very clean and polished but could have been a hotel in any big city. It was a bit soulless and impersonal.

Too expensive for what it is.

advertised as beach front when I’m fact the beach is at the sister hotel and they offer a shuttle service (however had to wait 20 mins for the shuttle).

Nice facility with high and new standard. Very clean and fantastic, service minded personnel. The restaurant served very good meals.

a pleasant stay

The room was nice with a comfortable bed and very good pillows The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very neat and the staff was very helpfull. Globely I 'm very satisfied about my stay,

- The name of the hotel is Resort La Battigia Beach & Spa , but you need a shuttle to go to the beach and if you want to use the spa you have to pay to get access. I find this rather strange. - The menu card in the restaurant is very limited and is the same for the lunch at noon as for the diner in the evening
