Horrible stay, would never go back.

I did not like anything about this property. First off, we weren’t even in apartment seven so I can’t say what it was like. There was some sort of mix up and we end up in apartment six.

Not the apartment advertised. Lack of cleanliness, old, dingy mattresses and pillows, dirt on the walls, counters, sheets, and floors. The AI generated instructions, which, by the way were for apartment six. The 24 hour service tried to help but was somewhat useless because the agent only had information from a computer and didn’t even really know the property. Requested a refund and have been denied. I will be following up with my credit card company to dispute the charges. The last photo is of a room on the property that the 24 hour service operator led me to in order to find the correct key for apartment seven. When opening apartment seven, I knocked first, said hello, slowly opened the door to discover it was occupied because I could visibly see clothes and items from other people. I put the key back in the filthy cleaning supply room but felt very unsafe knowing all of the keys to the apartments could be accessed by anyone with the code.
