Close to metro, nice property, clean and well kept.
There are two keypads and the sign for La Villa is over the one you don’t use. It’s not clear where the gate entry is (it’s all black metal) and there is no light - so it’s a little hard to figure out where to push or pull when you get the gate to unlock.

Clean, comfortable and very close to the city centre of Milan.
The WiFi in my room wasn't very strong and kept on disconnecting. Lamp worked but plug seemed faulty.

Basic room provided and a good shower but it leaked a lot due to not being properly set up. Main positive is budget friendly.
Very noisy due to trams 1/2 a block away running all night. Also very noisy due to other residents and no sound-proofing. The management staff were unavailable and took days to reply. Fortunately the daily on-site cleaners were good and helpful. Failed to provide all breakfasts.
