My Wife and I loved Gabriele, he was extremely personable and made the beginning of our honeymoon very comforting and smooth. Every morning he would bike to get fresh bakery goods for the breakfast he would hand make for us and gave recommendations on anything and everything he could. He made the room daily and had great stories to tell. 10/10 would stay with Gabriele again if we ever make it back out to Milan!
The air conditioning was a little weak compared to the US but we found that was a common theme overall in Italy.

Very good breakfast.
Exceptional host who provided all the necessary information about tourist attractions, restaurants, and more.
Quiet and comfortable rooms.
Perfect location, within walking distance of the central station.
We had a very pleasant stay at the B&B hotel and would gladly return again.

The whole experience of getting to know the person who is responsible of the property, and the warm atmosphere.
The location is pretty dangerous, and I was really afraid to get back to my room at night, due to the circumstances I had to come back late.
It was also a bit noisy when I was trying to rest at the afternoon before my work.
I personally don't like to talk too much, especially when I am travelling for business alone, and on breakfast time had to talk with people at the table.
Not much to eat on breakfast...
