We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. We would definitely stay here

Great location, the property was only a few minutes away from the central station, and had cafes and restaurants very close by. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast had lots to choose from.

Not too bad but won’t choose it again.

Nice location, very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

No kettle and mini bar. Shower head and bath are very old. The bedside table is broken. Still use key to lock the door, both inside and outside which is not very safe. Got to use 2 different elevator which is very time-wasted.

L’emplacement et le fait qu’ils gardent les bagages

Une lumière s’est allumée dans notre chambre à 4h du matin sans que l’on sache pourquoi ni comment l’éteindre !!! On a dû faire appel à la réception pour l’éteindre, nous n’avons reçu ni excuse ni explication. De plus une odeur d’égout nauséabonde remontait de la salle de bain et envahissait toute la chambre

For 2 nights I can say it was an ok experience at this hotel!

The staff was friendly and responsive, the breakfast food was ok (could have used more variety). Bathroom and room were clean, bed and pillows comfortable. As for location, it's easy to get to the hotel from the train/metro station, but the area around the station is not very safe at night.

Rooms definitely need improvement (dirty walls, scratched floors). In the room wifi was running a bit slow, sometimes it would cut out completely.

Problemas de isonorización y demás detalles. Excelente staff y ubicación.

La ubicación es excelente, a sólo 2 cuadras de la estación Central de Milano y el staff de la mesa de entrada también es fantástico. Nos han tratado muy bien en todo momento.

La cantidad de ruido que se escucha en la habitación es tremenda. Se escuchaban ambas habitaciones que teníamos a los lados y la habitación de arriba también. Además, nuestra habitación tenía una puerta de conexión a otra habitación que simplemente tenía una manija simple, es decir que si ambos abríamos la puerta, nos veíamos con la otra habitación. Además, escuchabamos hasta lo más mínimo, por ejemplo cuando se bañaban, cuando tosían o hablaban. No pudimos descansar bien en todas las noches que estuvimos. También sentíamos ruidos desde el patio donde se encontraba un parking. Se nota que es un hotel que lo han remodelado, pero la isonorización deja mucho que desear, además que mantienen espacios con la antigua construcción, como por ejemplo el baño. Por último, no tienen cartel de "Do not disturb" sino un simple botón para activar cuando estás dentro de la habitación. Tenía calefacción central y pasamos mucho calor, al no poder poner aire acondicionado. Si quieres activar el "do not disturb" para cuando sales, no puedes hacerlo. Por lo cual, entraron a nuestra habitación a limpiar cuando en realidad nosotros no queríamos. Decepcionado por el precio que pagamos, que fue el más caro durante nuestra estadía de 15 días en Italia, para un servicio que no lo vale.

The location of the hotel is very good, there a lot of restaurants, pubs in the area. Furthermore, the hotel is located near the main train station, at a distance of aprox. 3 minutes walking.

The walls of our room were a bit dirty, you can see that the cleanliness is not the best here, but it is good for this price.

Okay for short stay

Property close to Milano Centrale. Felt safe walking to train station to catch my early morning train. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly.

Room did not look like pictures on Booking.com website. Room was dated and in need of repair and was not completely clean. Previous guest’s trash in bin. Hair in the bed, in bathroom, on table area. Luckily I had cleaning wipes that was able to use to wipe down everything. Fridge did not work. Had to add tissue to peephole in main door because there was no cover and one could potentially see into room. Would not stay here again but decent enough for short stay of 1 night if necessary.

Està molt a prop de l'estació central de Milán, així com ben connectat amb la xarxa de tramvies del nord de la ciutat, el bany és espaiós i l'habitació senzilla però suficient.

Si bé és cert que està a prop de l'estació central, requereix agafar el transport públic (metro) per anar al centre de Milán, els llits no són el millor del món i les zones comuns són més aviat normals.

Propre et bien placé avec un accueil chalereux.

Chambre propre et conforme. Malheureusement aucune décoration, j’ai trouvé très basique pour le prix et pas comme les photos, sinon le reste était bien. L’emplacement proche de Milano Centrale, facile de rejoindre le train pour l’aéroport et le metro pour aller en ville, assez rapide. Le staff très professionnel et vraiment sympa.

Chambre sans décoration, très basique, un peu triste mais pour 2 nuits ça va.

This is a hotel that cannot be trusted. 200 euros were missing from my room safe

This is a hotel that cannot be trusted, my account was hacked and 480 euros were fraudulent withdrawal from my Booking.com reservation account before we stay.During this three-day stay, the safe in our room was tampered with again. The password I originally set cannot open the safe. After checking the money stored in it, 200 euros were missing (I was checked before putting it in), and the front desk was notified to ask for verification, and the staff did not take any measures. So never book a hotel at home in the future

A well located comfortable stay for a short stay

Super close to train station. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. A really good budget option for a solo traveller single night stop.

The shower design meant that the floor got wet all over.

Overall the hotel was better than we expected. The location is absolutely great, close to all train and bus stations, close to shops and even restaurants. The hotel in itself was so clean and civilized. All the staff was amazing, smiling at you all the time. Comfy & cozy rooms and beds, slept like a baby. For people that are wondering the hotel is also not at all noisy - initially we thought that because we are so close to trains that there will be noise at all times. NOT at all!

Location of the hotel is perfect, just few metres from the railway station. Room was very nice, clean and spacious enough, beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and included everything necessary. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great, wide range of food and nice dining room. We could also left our luggage in the luggage room on the day we were leaving, as our flight was in the evening, which was great and we could enjoy our time in the city withoug carrying the luggage with us. Everything was perfect and we can certainly recommend this accomodation. If we come back, we would like to stay here again :)

Hotel was very clean. Room facilities perfect, Reception staff very welcoming and helpful organised taxi to airport at last minute.

The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay to get a connecting flight or train that is why we booked it, breakfast included in price and its basic continental,only problem was it had no bar or dining area if you arrived and wanted something to eat/drink Had to go out to local amenities.

A good hotel for its price overall. A basic city hotel in a strategic location, next to the central train station.

Great Location, good breakfast and very polite staff

Room could be a bit cleaner, also there is a lot of noise in the rooms from the drainage of the hotel. every morning we were awake from the noise or running water from other people taking a bath.
