We arrive early for check in. But our room is prepared already. Hotel staff our really accommodating and friendly! All of them ( though I forgot the names - I’m bad remembering names). Hotel is very close to central station and nearby restaurants. Room looks posh but affordable ☺️

Good size room with clean bathroom.
Staff at reception was nice and helpful a big plus with late check-in.
We used the hotel for a transit night before continuing our journey to Florence and it was perfect.
Busy area near the station with some noises.

Good location good breakfast clean room good beds. I was in a very quiet room
Phone land hairdryer and fridge sis not work. Room was clean but the old carpets in the hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. Was kind of gross. The door to our bathroom did not close. That was bad
