We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was small, but definitely comfortable and sufficient for our needs.
The location is excellent, very close to Milan Central Station, which makes getting around extremely convenient.
The staff were wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Yasmin, who was incredibly patient and helpful and assisted us with everything we asked for.
Great service and a very good location. We would happily stay here again!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast not included in our price but had option to pay for it and was worth it- great choices and happy Breakfast staff. Location away from main center of city but close to central train station and hop on hop off bus stop which we utilized. Lauren and Darius were extremely helpful and happy and polite and must commend them with their hospitality skills. Recommend staying at this hotel. We also used gym which was a bonus for us.

A convenient and comfortable hotel well located near to Centrale station. The room was adequate for me as a solo traveller, although I would have probably wanted more space if I were travelling with my wife. I would stay here again for a similar trip.

Near to the train station. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing particularly outstanding. It was a nice touch receiving a packet of in house pasta gift after 5 nights stay.
The room only had heating available during winter, and it was uncomfortably warm with poor ventilation, even after we turned it off. We had no choice but to open the window for fresh air, which meant dealing with street noise throughout the night.
The standard room was also quite small, leaving very limited space to move around with two suitcases. Housekeeping was inconsistent as well, the vanity kit was not regularly replenished. Despite staying for five nights, it was only refilled once after I specifically requested it.
Considering the experience, it was quite pricey for the value offered.
