A lovely place to return to after a frantic day trying to cram in so much.

Arrived very late due to flight delay. Staff were very friendly and even made us a quick toastie before closing the kitchen down! Room was clean, didn’t spend much time in it because of late arrival and early departure but was comfortable enough. Air con was good. Good location for central train station, was about a 15 minute walk but easy enough to find.
Can’t think of anything but it was just an overnight stop.

Overall, everything went well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is a convenient choice, especially because of its location close to the train station. The room was comfortable and the value for money was good.
The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, so we could hear quite a bit of noise from the tram outside. Apart from that, it’s a good cost-quality option for a short stay in Milan.
