So near to the train station and subway solves my live

The property is a small old fashioned style hotel with a lovely atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean.
A great location near the central station in Milan.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is just short walk away from metro station, also many restaurants and cafe close by, the good airconditoning is plus in hot weather, it offers good value of money in terms of location, cozy bed and nearby amenities

Close to station
A few aspects were not up to 4* standard.
The day I arrived it was chilly, but it was not possible to turn on the heating. I was cold.
Bed and bedding: The single bed was very uncomfortable (very narrow and hard). Only one hard pillow plus a tiny one. No more in the cupboard. No duvet, just a sheet and a scratchy blanket.
The breakfast room is very cramped. The tiny tables are squeezed together. The plates are too small.
Outside space: the steps are steep and the handrails are not accessible because of potted plants placed on the steps. This is a trip hazard.
My room was on 5th floor. The vacuum cleaner was kept even overnight in the corridor near the lift. It should be stored properly. It is a hazard for tripping and obstruction in case of fire.
The coffee machine in the lobby was not working and did not get fixed.
Generally not up to 4* standard. Only the proximity of the station was good.
