Great location and when we arrived early we were able to store luggage and they made sure our room was available right at check in time

The location was a 5 min walk to Milano Central train station. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the Central Train Station and to the subway, so it's quite easy to travel anywhere. It's very clean, nice personnel, very nice design of the rooms, air conditioned (very important in summer time). There are good restaurants around, as well as small shops or coffee shops. Breakfast is good, although a bit too expensive
The room was very small, with no balcony. Although I asked for refill of the shower gel, nobody did it for a whole week, so I used the handwash and my personal products. Breakfast was quite expensive.

There was a really bad smell from the bathroom and it was quite load from the street
