It was clean! Near the central station
It is not a hotel!!!!it is an apartment and there is no reception. Do not book for breakfast. It is not worth it!!! For breakfast they just offer a coffee croissant and an orange juice. There are a lot of places around to go with nice breakfast. It does not worth it for the price we booked

The location was excellent for arrival by train to Milan. Convenient to the metro. 3 stops to Duomo. Then we walked back from the city centre through a beautiful park.
Would stay here again. .

During our three-week trip to Italy, we stayed in ten different hotels, and I would rank Aiello Hotels Centrale among the top three. Its greatest advantage is the location - just a three-minute walk from Milan Centrale station and surrounded by numerous restaurants. Getting to any part of the city was extremely convenient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and chocolates, as well as the voucher for a complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe.
Overall, we had everything we needed for a comfortable three-night stay and would happily stay here again.

Well thought out and practical. Very good communication to answer problems.
The air conditioning did not cool the room well at night - even on 16! On a loud street so could not have window open to sleep. Hairdryer overheated and sent fire alarm off.
