Location and breakfast varieties
Air condition is not working efficiently, also in the reception area it was very hot.
Elevator has no ventilation and is very slow.

Location in the center of Milano is perfect! Very friendly reception and everybody in the hotel. Customer-oriented. The room is clean and has everything.

Great location from the train station. The fridge in the room was very handy.
The lift shaft in the centre of hotel was quite noisy.
Also on our first night we were kept awake by furniture scrapping along the floor in the room above, when we questioned this the following morning, we were told the occupants had left during the night and the housekeeping staff had cleaned and rearranged the room during the night. This noise continued however on the following 2 nights.
