Flavia & her mum & dad were very helpful & friendly. We really appreciated our bags being taken up the stairs for us! The location was perfect, an easy walk to the station. The room & bed were very comfortable. Flavia's communication was excellent!
Flavia did warn us that there would be some noise at night with the markets being set up for Saturday morning. If we'd closed both windows that probably would have solved the problem š

Very friendly family with lovely dogs. Very clean and quiet place to stay in the busy city. Great breakfast on the terrace and lovely omelettes. Great aircon and cute balcony. Very central for station but far enough away to feel very safe in the evening sampling the nightlife. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby as well as great shops

Comfortable and clean room, Flavia and her parents were excellent hosts, lovely breakfast in an attractive outdoor setting
Two flights of steep stairs, albeit we knew this at the time of booking.
