I would like to give a special mention to a lovely staff member (sorry I didn’t get her name), a middle-aged lady with glasses and a fair complexion. She was likely the one who arranged for the doctor to visit me in my room. She remembered me as the guest in Room 504 who needed medical assistance and kindly helped me enter the Uber address for the A&E hospital. She also checked on how I was feeling when I was suffering from appendicitis. Her genuine care, kindness and thoughtfulness meant so much to me during a difficult time. Thank you for going the extra mile! ❤️
Overall, the property was great. The bed was comfortable, which was especially important as I was bedridden for almost 24 hours. The only minor suggestions are to provide room slippers without guests having to request them, and to improve the shower floor’s grip, as it felt rather slippery.

Location. Near main train station and transport.
Nothing was obvious to say there was anything bad.

The hotel is very well-situated, just a few short blocks to Milano Centrale, the main train station. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are pleasant and quiet.
I was disappointed to be asked to pay for the lovely breakfast. I had thought it was part of the room price.
