The Property was spacious and well furnished - it was very good for our family party of eight (plus two dogs).
The Garden was good for a bit of football etc and for the dogs to run. The kitchen was well appointed. We bought a tea pot to add to the kitchen as it didn't have one. There was lots of hot water.
We would have scored much higher had it not been for the following:
In the upper double on suite bedroom the shower head needed replacing - had a hole in it at full pressure which sprayed unpredictably - very scaled. The left hand wash basin plug jammed making almost impossible to empty with balling the basin out first. The left hand basin plug was likely to as well. This type of push-push plugs often jam when a little scaled.
We reported this by phone (number ending 517 @ 8.43 no answer - left a voice message explaining) to the host on the Monday morning. The first of the two mobile numbers (ending 509) didn't work. We got no response throughout the week. The dishwasher didn't work and was in a poor state of cleanliness. We didn't bother to report that until now, we washed up manually (not a problem for us).

The property was beautiful a mix of very old and new.
Very spacious inside and a large garden.
There were seven of us staying and we all felt we could go back again.
Although the kitchen was beautiful and large it was just lacking a few essentials like enough glasses and place mats but we got round this.
Possibly have a bit more comfortable seating outside would be nice.

We enjoyed the location and the accessibility of this property.
The beds are horrific and need to be replaced. The shower in the older section of the house leaks into the double bedroom below. There are no written instructions or guides to equipment in the house or any information relating to the area and possible nearby attractions or recommendations for visitors.
