De airco (was 39 gr buiten) locatie midden in het dorp was top!
House keeping mag wel aangestuurd worden, onder de maat. Eigen bleek mee, en schoonmaak spul. Schoner achter gelaten.

De ruimte van de living en de kamers! Zeer centraal gelegen in centrum van Valkenburg, dicht bij restaurants. Ondanks de centrale ligging geen last van lawaai buiten. Appartement voorzien van airco is ook een groot pluspunt. Nog een meerwaarde, handdoeken werden vervangen, vuilbakje in badkamer werd geledigd, bed opgemaakt... Er is een frigo, ook een pluspunt.
Moeilijk om met de koffers te sleuren naar het 3e verdiep! Er is geen lift Als je de airco aanzet in de living druppelde het water binnen. Hebben potten moeten zetten om water op te vangen. Volgens mij zorgt dit al langer voor problemen... Ook jammer als we aankwamen dat de vuilnisbak in keuken niet geledigd was. Dit geeft direct een onaangenaam gevoel. Een tip, nakijken of de toiletartikelen voltallig zijn. Douchegel was op in een badkamer. Ook dweil, keukenhanddoeken, schotelvod, vuilniszakken, afwasproduct voorzien. Ok, er is een afwasmachine maar wij wasten manueel af. Gerief is veel properder. Gelukkig had ik keukenhanddoek, schotelvodden en afwasproduct bij.

Krakend bed, brommend geluid elke 5 min, bij buren?? Koffie cups miste er voor 1 x koffie , ook geen theezakje , vele trap lopen

Goede indeling, overzichtelijk en praktisch
Voorzieningen waren matig. 1 stoel voor een 2- persoons appartement. Keuken gerei was matig, geen waterkoker. Water liep niet weg in de douche Geen enkel toiletpapier, ook geen halve rol of iets dergelijks Erg gehorig
