台所・食器・冷蔵庫・冷凍庫・洗濯機・乾燥機・無料駐車場があり・清潔でお隣りにコンビニやドラッグストアがある。宿泊前日にメールでロビーとお部屋の暗証番号が送られて来るので誰にも会わずにドアはロック解除出来る。朝10時までにドアの外にゴミを置けば毎日回収してくれる。たまたま会ったスタッフの方が笑顔で回収してくれた。
1度アリがいたのでお掃除した点。（クイックルワイパーがあったから良かった）
乾燥機があるのは良い点だが少し干したい時、簡易的な折り畳み物干しがあると更に良い。トイレットペーパーがシングルなのでゆっくり引かないとすぐに切れる為ストレスだった。使用頻度は少ないので出来たらダブルが良い。台所に使い捨てフキンがあると便利（水をティッシュで拭いてた）

近隣にコンビニやスーパーがあり便利。
家で過ごすように、生活でき、滞在しやすい。
駐車場が入りにくい。
長期滞在には掃除機があると便利。
