Easy access to food as there are food stalls just outside the building, plus the existing F&B shop lots in the same blocks.
The cat cafe, worth a visit for some pet-loving time.
Parking outside of the building is a bit struggle but there are parking available at the basement though.
The position of the light switches and steps is a bit off though, i would say design flaws.

The owner of the apartment despite our mistake moved our reservation a day earlier when we had already arrived at the apartment
The water heater didn't work, but it's so hot in Malaysia that it wasn't a problem
