This was a beautiful property, with every attention to detail regarded! The food was amazing, the staff was lovely, and I felt comfortable and peaceful! Thank you!
The construction around the area was a challenge so advice on that would have been nice. Also generally the pressure to book the pool made me stressed. I was trying to relax.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with impressive architecture and a well-designed interior.
The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the building is unique and stylish.
Service professionalism was inconsistent across different areas of the hotel.
Some staff interactions felt inattentive or overly casual, and clearer, more guest-focused presence would better match the expectations of a five-star hotel.
