Great old school hotel right bang in the middle of old Trikala.

There are not many hotels in the world like this. Proper old school charm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location right bang where all the bars and restaurants are.

Excellent value

Comfortable room with pleasant outlook over the town. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff who advised us where to visit and provided a map! Great base for exploring the area.

No kettle in room. Restaurant not wonderful for dinner, many items on menu not available.

Clean, spatious, antique look (with comfort), very attentive staff, free parking right in front of the hotel, super location.

Breakfast is ok but a bit dull (limited choice).

Thanks for a wonderful stay, the hotel is beautiful and quite unique, we loved it. Excellent customer experience, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfy. Having breakfast under the vines was a real treat. Highly recommend and definitely going back! 😃

Since you are surrounded by nature be ready to find crickets (γρύλλους) that may enter your room even with all windows closed. They don’t hurt, but someone may be scared of insects.

It was a very special hotel. The view from our 3 balconies (!) was superb. Breakfast in the hotel cafe under the trees was unforgettable.

Amazing staff, extraordinary helpful and friendly, great location, free parking nearby, clean and nice rooms, really good breakfast. We would live to come back. We strongly recommend staying in this hotel!

I would stay there again, but make sure the aircon works.

Beautiful and clean hotel, warm atmosphere. Super-high-ceiling rooms. Superb location. Very friendly and caring personnel. Super breakfast served at a great place; either outside, at the pedestrian, in from of the hotel, under a large plant-pergola, or inside at the restaurant.

The air-condition did not work in my room (no cold air at all). So, it became uncomfortable being in a warm room, during those hot days I stayed there. E.g. I had to dress up formally and could not but sweat eventually. Luckily, it happen to be chill on those specific nights, so sleeping with open windows was enough to cool the room. Else, it would have been unbearable. Although, I believe they have a modern central air-conditioning system in the hotel, as they told me, they could not fix it during my stay or offer me another room with a working aircon.
