Clear comprehensive instruction provided in advance. Everything was clean, tidy and welcoming when we arrived. The parking is at a remove but well organised, easy to access, safe and secure and the guys there were really friendly. The house itself is well equipped, with everything you need for a few days...and the hosts kindly added one or two things we asked for in advance. Good oven and washing machine. Location is fabulous for walking about. Mevagissey itself is an absolute gem of a place.
WiFi is a bit slow and erratic but I expect that may be a regional challenge! Was disconcerted by the lack of recycling (particularly that there is no food waste separation - that just feels wrong!) One of the beds (Double on top floor) has a bit of a dip in it, but not a major concern. Sofa is VERY low and doorstep is VERY high, so probably not suitable for older folk but we were perfectly fine. Had a few issues with noise with guests leaving neighbours, and then a group of really vulgar and unruly kids in the street around 10pm on a couple of nights but again - I expect this is a local challenge and wasn't massively disruptive.

Fridge is broken.
TV in bedroom did not work (power lead missing).
Kitchen sink tap is broken.
Duvets thin and inadequate.
Kitchen smells of urine/sewerage.
If we have to vacate by 9.30 to allow the 'cleaners' an early start - why could we not arrive earlier?
