It was close to the church 5mins and restaurants rooms where nice

The picture show ocean view but we got the side view

Amazing location for the view. Nice and quiet with fantastic views of Nazare and good spot to walk to Praia do Norte lighthouse. Also close to the funicular and easy to get to Nazare.
The air conditioning didn’t have a remote to adjust the temperature. I messaged the host Daniela to ask where the remote was but she never responded. The TV didn’t work and the shower head wouldn’t stay up. There were also no cereal bowls.

This was a really comfy and clean, spacious studio. Plenty of floor space and comfy bed.
The view was amazing and we felt we had the best view in town.
To be able to open the window/doors and sit and look across the bay below was a great start to the morning.
The bathroom was spacious enough and very clean.
Drinking water is available fresh from the cooler in the hallway too.
The location was the best, up in the Sitio, easy access via the 2 minute tram up the hill from the beach/town below, by the church square and restaurants and views and 2 mins back down again to restaurants and bars etc.
Would be happy to stay here again, especially for the modern studio and its views.
Easy access to North beach too.
There isn’t much to dislike, though some shelves within the wardrobe would be very useful.

All the basics you need. You can see the sea in the distance over the roofs and hear the waves. Close to everything.
There was no communication whatsoever. After booking I was requested to fill in a form through a link. I found this weird and offered to answer any questions over WhatsApp or mail. No reply. I called a few times. When someone answered it was short 'uh, o, no problem'. Nothing till check in time. I was a bit worried. I called a few times until she answered. The info to get in was send right after.
I got another appartement then the one I booked. I had booked ground floor but got 3 floors up in the attick. It was a nice place but, no wifi code which I need for work and it said when I booked there would be WiFi. So back on the phone, WhatsApp, mail etc... I was there 4 nights but no reply.
With 12 appartements in the house you would think they would be on top of the communication with guests. It would also be nice if they answered the phone mentioning their name/DDMstudio instead of 'uh'.
