Modern, clean, good facilities and good use of space. Great facilities for with my toddler (especially the washer dryer! Although it’s not separate bedrooms in reality, the ability to close off the space with room dividers did work for us.
Was concerned after first night with some noisy neighbours till 1am but would only affect you if you’re a light sleeper. There is some noise from the street as it is so central but not enough that it would have stopped me booking - location great for with my toddler as so central and close to train station.

The hosts were fantastic pre-holiday, as I had many questions about accessibility, they could not have been more helpful. The room was great, with a brilliant view. Location was just where we wanted it, outside the old town, but near enough for easy access.
I would have like clean towels after a couple of days.

Location, amenities, view.
Customer service was poor. Not enough hot water for three people to shower in a row. The electronic lock combination was disabled and customer service was very pissy about having to address it. There's also a plumbing problem which was received with contempt.
