The location and the service

The price was overrated, I have been charged 30£ for adding an extra person, even I booked loft with 3 bads. There is no dining room for breakfast.

It was a good location Great restaurant food was lovely and staff

It just needed a bit of attention to detail such as the stair carpet is the first thing you noticed which could do with a clean and a refresh and the same for the room needed an update it would make your stay more comfortable

Close to centre of town

Milk tainted with fishy taste Sewage smell from bathroom. Poor breakfast choice. Did not see any members of staff.
