Everything was wonderful, the house is clean and has all the comforts to feel at home, the location is excellent and the security is excellent.
The house is fine, the only detail is the WiFi, it doesn't work and there is no cellular network in the place.

Nice location in gated community
Not very clean (thick layer of dust on lights), dead bugs on floor in bedroom, crumbs on table and had an ant problem (which they knew about because on arrival there were bait traps hanging on the door). Door was difficult to get in - we had to call got new code but still had trouble - it was the keypad itself. Beds were VERY uncomfortable. Couch was very uncomfortable and TV was not cable and only played on WiFi which buffered every few minutes. Place was dated with marks all over the walls and also nail holes in many locations. I Booked through Booking.com but third party handled it (Vacasa) and Not all info was given in Booking.com including check in/out times. I received 11 emails from Vacasa within a week, then several texts while there. Then I got more emails after we left asking about the stay. There were so many rules and threats of charging more if not followed. One email stated they would show up unannounced asking for ID to make sure that’s who was on the booking.
