DISAPPOINTED 100%I WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN NOT EVER

Nothing im disappointed my booking was canceled minutes before check in infact i will never use their service any more, they caused me pain 😢😭

They very bad people who don't care about other people's lives but their own ibe been so disappointed now why they need my review knowing exactly what they did tome im wondering what tactics they using, hurting clients and seek retribution 😢i will never recommend it to any of my clients in future they very bad💔😭

I am extremely disappointed with this hosting company. My guests arrived at 15:00 and were left stranded outside for over two hours because the host failed to send check-in information. Instead of taking responsibility, the host claimed she was “looking for alternative accommodation,” despite it being a month-end weekend where everything was fully booked. My guests had travelled from another province, making the situation even worse. When I phoned to alert her that check-in details had not been sent, her response was, “How must I know which one is your booking?” — an incredibly rude and unprofessional reply. No meaningful solution was offered. All that was said was “sorry.” This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who values professionalism, communication, or guest care.

Great location and beautiful place. I liked the fact that everything was working in the apartment. Good value for money.

Overall the place looked clean besides seeing a cockroach in the kitchen. Please replace the mattress. It was a nightmare getting in by the main gate, codes didn't work.
