The location. The staff by the name Habib is very helpful. Eventho the reception can’t speak in English but Habib settle it up for us.
The young male at reception is helpfull too eventho we have a language barrier.

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was right next to an organic grocery store - that was a huge bonus!
The bedrooms themselves were large with good blackout curtains that helped us get sleep after an overnight flight.
Porters and cleaning staff were very helpful and we could communicate better with them (in Urdu) than the front desk.
The living room space was sufficient for our stay.
Check-in took almost 20 minutes, which was very annoying after a very late and delayed flight. Reception's English was not great.
The kitchen was very small and not well-stocked, but we did manage to do basic cooking in it. It would have been nice to have a washing machine or laundry service.
I think this was quite expensive for what we it was, but it seems like all hotels are expensive in Saudi.
