Perfect breakfast,very kind personell,spacious rooms
despite the fact that every day they changed the towels the room was old fashioned with significant marks of impurity.
It will take only some effort to make it much better.
To fix hangs in the bathrooms,to silicone the bath properly or to paint the door and fix the hinges to not creak everytime.
Also electric sockets - there are installed not in the ideal positions.. and only 2 for room (if u use the fan you have to disconnect charger)
The breakfast was very good i would say 5/5

Outdoor environment should be maintain better to improve the visual especially from the parking area from the main street.

Property is nice, has a pool and a nice bar. The cleanliness was great and the staff is incredibly friendly.
There is no big bed, queen or king, there are only joining twin beds. The doors make a lot of noise, waking people up when used. The mattresses are uncomfortable. The slide has not been operational for 6 years. Coffee at breakfast is instant coffee.

The location was very convenient ! Close to all main spots in Faliraki, next to a bus stop and less than a 5min walk to the beach !! The staff was really nice and helped us with booking taxis and finding buses. The breakfast buffet was also really good, a surprisingly wide variety of sweet and savory options, with some of them changing each day :)

Good location in Faliraki - close to the beach, the water park and the go-kart track, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was included.
We booked a quadruple room. The property told us that quadruple rooms do not exist in the renovated style shown in the listing's opening photos. If that is correct, a family of four booking here can never receive the rooms the listing leads with - and nothing on the page says so. The rooms you will actually get appear only from photo 20 onwards.
So this is what a quadruple room here really is: dated orange-wood furniture, old tiling, and no television at all. The bathroom is the old type with a plastic shower curtain, and the shower is so narrow that the curtain clings to your back the entire time you are in it - unpleasant every single day. We were also told there are no double beds anywhere in the older rooms, so a couple travelling with children cannot get one here, whatever the opening photos suggest. Some of those opening photos appear to be computer renderings rather than photographs.
The air conditioning problem is structural. The room is L-shaped and the children's beds sit in a separate alcove, around the corner from the room's single small wall unit - visible in the property's own photo 22. No cold air reached them at all, for four nights. When the unit did run properly it was so loud that the whole room vibrated and we could not sleep.
At 04:00 there was nobody at reception. The desk stayed closed for over an hour while we waited with two tired children, and there was no way to reach anyone at the property. The noise was only dealt with after we filed a formal complaint through Booking.com - not through the property itself. It was fixed, but by then we had already lost a night.
The pool closes at 19:00, so as a family out during the day we never used it once. Cleanliness was ordinary - not a problem, but nothing more.
For four nights this was not the value we expected, especially compared with where we stayed earlier in the same trip for less money.
