Its location and proximity to the auditorium

There are some maintenance jobs throughout the property and when i arrived it was dusty

Location amazing. On beach, overlooking marina.

It felt like an empty youth hostel. The shared bathroom was a long walk down a dark corridor. The only hotel we stayed in not to have aircon.
