Total Nightmare

Arrived on a Sunday late afternoon. Bought a bottle of milk desperate for a cup of tea.. the milk was in date but disgusting, lumps, completely off. The shop did exchange it. The shop very badly stocked, for a meal. Apparently they refill on a Monday, so suggest don't arrive on a Sunday ! Found pitsa (not my favourite ) but as not a lot else ! and frozen chips ! The only oven tray looked. Clean. I wiped kitchen paper Over it and was thick brown, filthy. Told don't supply anything to remove hot from cooker. So just have to burn yourself. Told there were stairs after booked ! Three flights, so don't try getting a suitcase up. The first flight, iron/steel and when wet very dangerous. Was happy to see what looked like a nice bath ! I put my hand around it, and where the water line would possibly be, you could feel the dirt, as it felt all over. So could not use the bath! The shower was blocked and no mat outside to stand on when finished so had to try and dry paddling in the water that was still in the tray. Every time used sink tap the handle came off. Realised had to go down !!! Again to the car and it was dark. Very very dangerous steps wet and slippery, although I did see a light but was nowhere useful. I then had to try and get back up the three flights of steps. After this lot. of course I was just slightly !!! Upset, and just lost it in the room. I do have great hearing difficulties, so do shout slightly anyway ! To add insult to injury, we have a knock on the door and told we were too loud (I do appreciate I should not disturb other people,). But no 'What are your problems'... Just basically... Put up and shut up or you will have to leave. I have never been in such a awful place and certainly (I am sure the manager will be pleased) would not put myself through that again. Eastham

Beautiful

Very bright rooms, very spacious. great location to local tourist attractions. The bar food was good. You can feed ducks, there are some nice walks on the property. The shop had most things if needed.

Just need washing up liquid and sponge for the kitchen only negative.

Do not go with family to the apartment

From the picture that have been given on bookin.com is totally different it’s dark, not clean at inside and out. Looks like a haunted house where it’s disgusting.

Many stairs up to our top floor apartment. Additional pillows would have been nice.
