Close to metro and easy access to central Paris. Clean and fairly decent sized rooms.
Few minor issues - a broken door viewer which never got fixed and an average breakfast buffet.

Location, parking staff are friendly
Toilet separate from the main bathroom as there was no sink to wash your hands straight or to refill bidet, had to buy portable bidet.
