The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their professionalism and positive attitude made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel is also in an excellent location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Good position easy to find, all the important public transport is 5-10 min walking distance. Polite personel

Location suited us. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
The bedding. We only had a base sheet with a cotton double bed blanket on a queen bed. I did ask for another which we got but was the same size. Pillows were terrible. Did ask for extras but they were all the same.

Hôtel was very good, good location in the old istanbul close to historic monuments (blue mosque, topkapi, Hagar Sofia, grand bazar...) 15 min walk.
Staff and specially Emre was helpfull.
What do you need will be provided by the hotel staff.
I recommand this hotel.
