Excelente Localização, comércios e lojas. Limpeza do prédio muito boa!
Dificuldade no check-in durante à hospedagem e os porteiros muito mal educados.

Secador do banheiro não funcionou.
A luz piscava feito discoteca quando liguei, só funcionou 24hs depois. Não pude entrar entrar e fiquei um tempo falando com a moça da portaria pelo interfone, mesmo pagando adiantado. Estava na rua, frio, e só consegui o check-in antes porque gentilmente o SAC do 360 Consolação conseguiu um local para mim. Obs: foi oferecida a possibilidade de chegada entre 8-9hs. Descobri que era check-in a partir das 15hs mas como falei, a atendente do 360 foi maravilhosa! Como me hospedo geralmente em Alphaville e em hotel, não sou acostumada com Airbnb.
