This was a simple but stylish and comfortable room in a private apartment. Colour coordinated and very clean with good air conditioning. Very well located near to a large car park and the town centre. Attentive communications from the host via WhatsApp and good value for money at the height of the August holidays.
Very minor issues for us were the small gap around the sliding bathroom door and head-height hanging bulb just above the towel rail in the bathroom. As others have noted, the directions for reaching the room could have been a little more comprehensive, and relied on having a smart phone with Internet connection, but it all worked well. Facilities for making tea or coffee in the room would have been a bonus, but bottled water was provided.

I could live in this apartment. Spacious. kitchen, laundry, modern bathroom, sunroom for reading and gorgeous patio with view of cathedral and Gaudi. Host was very nice, and good communication.

The room was a bit like champagne on a beer budget.
Clean and comfortable.
Having to go through 4 locked doors to get to my room and it felt like a complex check in for a host with no English.
