Good location, super close to the lake. There’s a shop and a pizza place in the same building.
Dog friendly. Free parking next to the building.
The apartment is pretty and cozy, there’s kitchen with all utensils, a coffe machine, etc. There’s a fan and a portable aircon. Really everything you need for a good stay.
The bathroom is small, not much space. And lacking a shelf or something in the shower to put shampoo etc on. We didn’t like the pillows

Great apartment - ideal with carpark available on site.
Good facilities( maybe just add a saucepan).

View of mountains, clean, kitchen included cleaning equipment, boulangerie and small supermarket downstairs, bus stop to Annecy near-bye, close to to bike path around lake.
The bathroom had a bad smell which lasted the four days of our visit. It was very unpleasant. The bathroom is also far too small for comfort.
