We spent two days in the is nice hotel. The location is perfect and easy to head to city center. It also mixes with the neighborhood and it’s fun to check out the grocery stores and bakeries. The courtyard is super nice and we ate dinners both days. We felt we could continue to eat there for another week. The room is spacious and staff is helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and Albanian hospitality. Thank you!

The hotel is very traditional and they gave us a decently sized room near the back of the hotel. This was appreciated once we realised the live, loud singing in the restaurant downstairs was every night. It was comfortable and we enjoyed the working aircon and hot showers. The location is a 5-10 minute walk into the main pedestrian area of Shkodër and they do offer free parking (if they have enough room).
The staff weren't friendly. They were civil but didn't go out of their way to be helpful. We asked two different staff members about laundry service and got two different answers. The last answer we received is they don't offer laundry service and you can walk down the road to a laundromat. The valet parking isn't optional as they pack the carpark as full as possible so they will need to keep your keys and move your car constantly. If you have a hire car, this could be problematic. Our car was fine but they did box it in on the street so tightly we needed them to get it back out. The live singing every night is loud and disruptive and made having an early night (before 11am) difficult.
